This document sets forth the terms of use that govern the utilization of our video editing services. By opting to use our services, you are expressing your agreement to abide by these terms.

Please note that the Timelinecuts team shall work on only one request at a time and shall not proceed to the next request until the approval of the current request by the User. 

Timelinecuts reserves the right to modify, enhance, or revise these Service Plans at its sole discretion. Users are advised to routinely check the terms of their service plans to stay informed about any updates or changes.
 

The terms and conditions for the remainder of the agreement remain unaffected. Please read them thoroughly before availing any of our services.
 

1. Intellectual Property Rights
 

The content on Timelinecuts, including text, graphics, images, videos, and software, is the property of Timelinecuts and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for paid users, no other part of the Website and no Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without Timelinecuts’ express prior written permission. Timelinecuts reserves all rights in the Website, Content, and Marks.
 

2. Ownership of Materials
 

Beyond Timelinecuts’ ownership of Request, all design and original source files created belong to Client, and Client shall be the sole owner of the copyright for all Projects. 
 

a. Once you've paid for our video editing services, Timelinecuts gives you all the rights to the videos we made for you. You can distribute, display, change, and make money from them.
 

b. Timelinecuts keeps the rights to the videos until you've paid in full.

3. User Representations
 

By using the Website, Client represents and warrants that: Client has the legal capacity and agrees to comply with these Terms of Use; Client is not a minor in the jurisdiction of their domicile; Client will not access the Website through automated or non-human means; Client will not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; Client’s use of the Website will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
 

4. Prohibited Activities
 

Client shall not access or use the Website for any purpose other than that for which the Website is made available to the Client. The Website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those related to the work performed by Timelinecuts on behalf of the Client. Further, Client agrees to refrain from the following: Make any unauthorized use of the Website; Retrieve data or content for the purposes of creating or compiling a database or directory; Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features on the Website; Engage in unauthorized framing or linking of the Website; Trick, defraud or mislead Timelinecuts or other users; Interfere with, disrupt or create an undue burden on the Website or Timelinecuts' networks or servers; Use the Website in an effort to compete with Timelinecuts;Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Website;Bypass any measures on the Website designed to prevent or restrict access to the Website or any portion thereof;Harass, annoy, intimidate or threaten any of Timelinecuts' employees, independent contractors or agents providing services through the Website;Delete the copyright or other rights notice from any Content;Copy or adapt the Website’s software Upload or transmit, or attempt to do so, viruses, Trojan horses, or other material including anything that interferes with any party’s use of the Website or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operations or maintenance of the Website; Upload or transmit, or attempt to do so, any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism;Disparage, tarnish or otherwise harm Timelinecuts;Use the Website in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws, statutes or regulations.
 

5. Client Feedback

User acknowledges and agrees that any questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback (collectively, "Feedback") shall be the sole property of Timelinecuts. Timelinecuts is under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential or take steps necessary to ensure the confidentiality of Feedback.
 

6. Management and Oversite
 

Timelinecuts reserves the right to monitor the Website for violations of these Terms of Use and to take appropriate legal action in response to a violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law, statute, or regulation. Timelinecuts further reserves the right to restrict or deny access to the Website or disable the Client’s use of the Website, without notice or liability to the Client.
 

7. Modification
 

Timelinecuts reserves the right to change, alter, modify, or remove any content on the Website for any reason at its sole discretion. Timelinecuts reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Website without notice and without liability to the User.

8. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment details are securely handled, and subscribers are responsible for keeping payment information up to date. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

​

This subscription requires a 3-month commitment. You can cancel after the first 3 months. Please let us know at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
 

If you cancel within 14 days of your renewal, your subscription will continue for one more month before ending.
 

Do note that if a video editor has already started working on your videos before you decide to cancel, you won't be eligible for a refund. Details on cancellation procedures can be asked via mail at hey@timelinecuts.co

10. Content Submission

 

Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions and necessary materials for video editing. TimelineCuts will not be held responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or unclear content submissions.

11. Connection Interruptions
 

Timelinecuts does not guarantee that the Website will be available and accessible at all times. Issues with hardware, software, or other items may result in interruption delays or errors beyond Timelinecuts' control. Client agrees that Timelinecuts shall not be liable to Client for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by Client’s inability to access or use the Website during any interruption in the connection or service.
 

12. Termination of Services

Timelinecuts reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms or failure to pay fees when due.
 

13. Showcasing Work

Timelinecuts reserves to right to share editing work on digital channels including social media, website, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon. The Client reserves the right to issue an NDA between themselves and Timelinecuts, which in turn would void the right of Timelinecuts to share or discuss the Client's work publicly.
 

14. No Meeting/Call Policy (Booster Plan Only)

To ensure optimal productivity and high-quality deliverables, we follow a No Meeting/Call Policy for all projects.
 

• Communication: All collaboration and updates will be conducted through email, Slack/WhatsApp, or LinkedIn messages. This allows us to maintain focus and streamline our processes.

• Response Time: We commit to responding to all messages within 24 hours on business days.

• Project Discussions: Detailed project briefs, feedback, and revisions can be shared in written form or via recorded videos on the Trello board for clarity.
